Grzegorz Mroczek was born in 1972 in Otwock.
Graduated from the Faculty of History of the University of Warsaw. He also completed post-graduate studies in administration at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
From 1996 to 1999, he worked for the Polish-German Reconciliation Foundation, and from 1999 to 2005, for the Office for War Veterans and Victims of Oppression, serving roles such as the Deputy Director of the Department of Jurisprudence, acting Director of the Department of Associations, Director of the Register and Archives Office.
From 2005 to 2006, he served as Director General of the Railway Transport Office, then until 2013, he was the Director General of the Civil Aviation Office.
In September 2013, he became the Deputy Director of the Office of the Minister at the Ministry of Sport and Tourism. In February 2014, he took up the position of Deputy Director and then Director of the Administrative Office at Ministry of Sport and Tourism.
In February 2016, he assumed the position of General Director of the Masovian Voivodeship Office.
From August 2017 to January 2018, he served as Minister's Counsel at the Ministry of Sport.
